Acceptance of Terms
By using Zorynthia (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. Registration is possible via email or Google account (OAuth). You are responsible for your account security. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Tokens
Tarot and astrology readings require tokens. Free tokens are granted on registration. You can buy additional tokens in one-time packs or subscribe to the monthly Arcana Pass, which adds tokens each month. All payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time. Unused tokens do not expire. Because tokens are digital content made available immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once you begin using the purchased tokens.
Acceptable Use
You may not: • Use the Service for illegal purposes • Attempt to circumvent the token system • Abuse the AI through repeated malicious prompts • Resell or redistribute reading interpretations • Automate access to the Service without permission
Reading Content
AI tarot and astrology readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). We are not responsible for decisions made based on readings.
Intellectual Property
Deck artwork, app design, and branding belong to Zorynthia. AI interpretations generated for your account belong to you for personal use. You may not copy or redistribute our deck artwork.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI interpretations will be accurate, appropriate, or uninterrupted. Tarot is entertainment — not fortune-telling or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorynthia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, unused tokens are forfeited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will provide 30 days' notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
